DESCRIPTION
UV screen varnish for narrow web presses printing self adhesive labels. For use on all substrates and suitable for rotary screen or flatbed printing machines.
PROPERTIES
High gloss, Good adhesion, Good cure speed, Excellent flow, Good product resistance
APPLICATION
Mix well before use. Gallus HV, HS, KS. Stork 125, 215 recommended. UV Lamps: minimum 120 w/cm, Print speeds up to 80 m/min
SUBSTRATES
Coated papers and boards, Coated/treated PE/PP, PVC, Polyester, Foils. Other materials after suitable testing.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store at temperatures between 100C and 200C. In unopened containers EL900 has a shelf life of 12 months.

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store at temperatures between 15 0 C and 20 0 C. In unopened containers ‘EL927' has a shelf life of 12 months.

DESCRIPTION
UV curing varnish designed for the printing of Braille or relief images.
PROPERTIES
Gloss finish, Good adhesion, High viscosity, Good cure speed, Non bleed formulation. For a lower viscosity version, please use RS230.
APPLICATION
Stir well before use, Screen Gallus DW - BZ, Film weight 20 g/cm3 recommended depending on effect required. UV lamps minimum 120 w/cm, Print speed up to 40 m/min
SUBSTRATES
Coated paper and board. Treated/primed polyethylene. Treated/primed polypropylene. Aluminium foils. Polyester, PVC. Other materials after suitable testing
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store at temperatures between 100C and 200C. Protect from frost and sunlight. In unopened containers RS240 has a shelf life of 12 months.
