RW202 - WATER BASED ADHESIVE

DESCRIPTION
Water based emulsion, which dries to leave a film that remains tacky at room temperature.

 

PROPERTIES
Low viscosity, Water reducible

APPLICATION
Mix well before use. Anilox 90 - 120 l/cm, Cell volume 7-10 cm3/m2, Minimum dryer temp 500C with good air flow, Clean equipment immediately after use

SUBSTRATES
Light weight papers, Will provide adhesion to a wide range of substrates including filmic materials. Press trials are essential to determine exact substrate suitability

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store at temperatures between 150C and 250C. Protect from frost. In unopened containers RW202 has a shelf life of 12 months.
