DESCRIPTION
Range of gloss and matt UV curable varnishes for use on digital inks, with high adhesion, low shrinkage, high heat resistance, and unparalleled chemical resistance.

NB - Fully cured IV varnishes will obtain their optimal tape and chemical resistance properties 12-24 hours after printing.
APPLICATION
Stir well before use, Anilox 75 - 120 l/cm (200 - 300 l/in), Film weight 6 - 15 g/cm3, Rollers EPDM, UV lamps minimum 80 w/cm
SUBSTRATES
Coated paper and board. Top coated thermal paper, Treated/primed synthetics, Aluminium foils, Other substrates after testing
STORAGE & HANDLING
Store at temperatures between 50C and 250C. Protect from sunlight. In unopened containers IV varnishes have a shelf life of 12 months.
