    Pulse Roll Label Products launches a new range. The UV DIGITECH VARNISH range includes Gloss, Matt, Foil Blockable and also a UV Digicon Primer. This primer enables in-line UV priming or overprinting of UV inks to accept digital.

RLM UV Screen Bright Silver

RLM3002 UV SCREEN BRIGHT SILVER

DESCRIPTION
One Pack Silver UV screen ink, designed primarily for the printing of self adhesive labels. Provides a high brilliance 'foil effect' finish.

PROPERTIES
One pack press ready product. High brilliance. Good adhesion. Fast cure speed

APPLICATION
Mix well before use. Screen: Flat 120T - 140T, Gallus: KM - KF, Stork 315/15% - 305/13%. UV Lamps: minimum 120 w/cm. Print speeds up to 80 m/min

SUBSTRATES
Coated papers and boards. Coated/treated PE. Coated/treated PP. Other materials after suitable testing

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store at temperatures between 10oC and 25oC. In unopened containers RLM3002 has a shelf life of 6 months.
