DESCRIPTION
UV curable letterpress and lithographic inks designed for narrow web presses printing self adhesive labels, and sheetfed and continuous stationary lithographic presses. Designed for printing coated and uncoated paper and board, Fusion 3 has shown good adhesion to a range of impervious materials.
Fusion 3 conforms to the BCF 'Guidelines for Printing Inks for use on Food Wrappers and Packaging', but direct food contact must be avoided. It is recommended that substrates to be printed on are a functional barrier, thus preventing the migration of ink components to food.

Mix well before use.

Minimum lamp power - 120-160 W/cm
Clean equipment immediately after use (RLA350 UV Wash is recommended).
Fully cured Fusion 3 inks will obtain resistance properties 24 hours after printing.

SUBSTRATES
Uncoated papers and boards, Coated papers and boards, Top coated thermal paper with suitable varnish, Top coated PE,PP,PET, Foil and many other synthetic substrates. Testing of adhesion is recommended before printing commences

STORAGE & HANDLING
Store at temperatures between 10⁰C and 20⁰C. In unopened containers Fusion 3 series inks have a shelf life of 12 months.
