Our values

Our core company values were defined in conjunction with all of our employees and represent what Pulse Roll Label Products stands for and how we strive to behave. Reflected throughout the organisation, we are proud of the core values we collectively uphold.

As an independent, privately owned ink manufacturer, autonomy and accountability are integral to our business. We are committed to behaving responsibly and treating our employees, customers and our environment with respect.

We strive to be the best and understand the value of providing the highest quality and outstanding customer service. Our business is built upon a wealth of experience and knowledge in the ink and printing industries and our desire for excellence in all that we do is evidenced company-wide.

Challenge and Creativity

We challenge ourselves in everything we do, pushing boundaries and embracing change, and have the flexibility to adapt where necessary. Thinking creatively across the whole business to provide solutions comes from a shared passion and a drive to innovate.

We believe in doing the right thing and operating fairly and honestly with everyone we deal with. Across all aspects of our business, internally and externally, we strive for transparency, trust and good communication.

We believe that building and maintaining strong relationships is the key to our success. Through collaboration, support and great teamwork, working closely with all of our stakeholders, we aim to create and enjoy strong, lasting and long term partnerships, to benefit all.
